Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide, including:
- your name, username, email address, and account information;
- profile information;
- face photos and other photos used to create your Avatar;
- outfit, reference, and product images;
- prompts, messages, feedback, and generated content; and
- information you provide when contacting customer support.
We may also automatically collect:
- device type and operating system;
- app version;
- IP address and approximate location;
- app activity and feature usage;
- crash logs and performance information; and
- device or installation identifiers.
Face Photos and Avatar Data
Dreamova uses your face photos and related visual information to:
- create and maintain your Avatar;
- generate personalized images and videos;
- improve the consistency and quality of your generated results; and
- provide features that you request.
Your original face photos are not publicly displayed unless you choose to publish or share them.
We do not use your private face photos to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.
You may delete or replace your Avatar photos through the app or request deletion by contacting us.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create and manage your account;
- provide Avatar and AI generation features;
- personalize your Dreamova experience;
- save and display your content;
- maintain safety and prevent abuse;
- improve app performance and reliability;
- respond to support requests; and
- comply with legal requirements.
AI and Service Providers
Dreamova may send photos, prompts, and related information to trusted service providers that help us operate the app.
These providers may include:
- AI image and video generation providers;
- cloud hosting and storage providers;
- analytics and crash-reporting services;
- content moderation providers; and
- account and authentication providers.
We require service providers to process information only for the services they provide to Dreamova.
How We Share Information
We may share information:
- with service providers that operate Dreamova;
- when you choose to publish or share content;
- when required by law or a valid legal request;
- to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of the company.
We do not sell your private face photos or Avatar data.
Public Content
Content you publish to your Dreamova profile or community may be visible to other users.
Other users may be able to view, share, save, or interact with public content. Please review your visibility settings before publishing.
Data Storage and Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Dreamova, maintain security, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
When you delete your account or Avatar photos, we will remove the information from active systems within a reasonable period.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups, security records, or records we are legally required to keep.
Your Choices
You may be able to:
- update your profile information;
- delete uploaded or generated content;
- replace or delete Avatar photos;
- change content visibility;
- disconnect third-party accounts; and
- delete your Dreamova account.

Deleting Dreamova does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store.
Children's Privacy
Dreamova is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
However, no online service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and device.
International Processing
Dreamova and its service providers may process information in Singapore, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate.
These countries may have different data protection laws from your country.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Dreamova develops.
We will update the effective date when changes are made. Material changes may also be communicated through the app.
